Customer Portal Relaunch

From Strategy to implementation we relaunched the Customer Portal for Signal Iduna. Together with HC Merkle (UX Design Freelancer) we went through the Design Thinking process. 
  • We started with extensive and ongoing User Research to understand the users and develop Customer Journeys and a deep understanding for the User Journeys. 
  • We iterated and tested our concepts and ideas to create an MVP and a product roadmap for the upcoming years
  • Furthermore, we closely collaborated with the Business Analysts and Developers ensure the feasibility.
